Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for the following:Promote, maintain and monitor a strong safety culture, conduct safety meetingsRun daily and weekly operations meetingsEnsuring all quarterly production targets are met, make field visits as requiredEstablish KPI’s for field staff and monitor activities to ensure they are being metEngineer, design, and commissioning of surface production equipment projectsAssist with human resource planning with the Operations departmentAnnual budget preparation and reportingMaintain and improve training of production field team membersYou will have:Relevant engineering tertiary qualificationHigh attention to detail with respect to providing analytical reportsAbility to work with internal and external parties to ensure outcomes are metConformance with engineering standardsAcquire and/ or maintain CPEng statusNew Hope is committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment with the core objective that our people go home at the end of the day unharmed.
