These skills include Dump Truck, Dozer, Grader, Loader, Excavator, Drill and Dragline. Working a Lifestyle 12.5 hour rotating 7 day/night roster and reporting to the Mining Supervisor, you will be responsible for the safe, productive, and efficient operation of a variety of Mobile Mining Equipment.Relocation support will be offered to candidates who reside outside of the local area.What You’ll NeedTo be successful, you will require a Haul Truck competency (Hitachi EH4000/5000, Komatsu 830e preferred):And proven experience in at least one (1) or more of the following pieces of equipment:Graders (16/24M)Dozers (Cat D10/11T)Front End Loader (Cat 988/992 Letourneau 1850)Excavator (Hitachi EX3600 or EX5600)Drills (Cat 6250, with automation)Dragline3+ years’ experience in operating Mobile Mining Equipment within an Open Cut Coal MineStrong safety mindset with ability to actively identify and report hazards/incidentsUnderstanding of key production metrics and the drive to meet targetsExcellent communication skillsEnthusiasm to positively contribute to site culture and work as a teamHigh attention to detail and precision in executing tasksAbility to work well under pressureProactive "Can Do" approach to work challenges.Trainer Assessor skill set desirableWhat We OfferBengalla values its people and their contribution to the operation.
