The Role
Bengalla Mining Company is currently seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Planner/Scheduler for the Heavy Mobile Equipment team. This role will directly contribute to the continued success of Bengalla Mine.
Reporting through to the Maintenance Capital, Projects and Services Superintendent you will be working in a team comprised of Maintenance Planners/Schedulers, and Equipment Inspector technicians, you will be provided with a rare opportunity to lead a multi-facet team with hands on interaction to improve equipment reliability and performance by ensuring the team is set up for success in the inspecting , planning and scheduling space for short term planning as well as shutdown planning for the fleet of 90+ item of Heavy Mobile Equipment currently onsite at Bengalla.
Qualifications and experience
Along with your extensive knowledge and experience in Maintenance Planning/Scheduling, you will be a self-motivated leader who will take responsibility for the team and looking to make a difference. Exhibiting yourself as a clear and innovative thinker, you will have prior knowledge of strategical maintenance to provide recommendations and facilitate continuous improvement projects to manage the equipment life cycle and eliminate unscheduled downtime.
