This role would suit a highly motivated HR professional who will deliver their responsibilities whilst engaging with stakeholders.As our HR Officer, you will be a true generalist supporting our HR, Corporate and Operations teams. You will provide timely HR support within onboarding and HR systems administration, reporting and other general HR activities to support the deliverables of the team.You will have experience within a HR function (mining or heavy industry advantageous) whilst looking for an opportunity to develop your skills and expand your HR knowledge and accountabilities. Based in our corporate office in Brisbane, you will also have the opportunity to travel across our various operations.  About the role:As the HR Officer, you will:Manage corporate onboarding/offboarding and inductionsBuild and foster strong internal and external stakeholder relationships through day to day HR activitiesHR administration and systems maintenance of online learning platform (ELMO)Assist HR reporting activitiesContribute as a team member to successfully deliver HR accountabilities, including HR projects and improvement initiativesYou will bring:Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources (or working towards) or related relevant experiencePositive attitude and initiative – we love solutions focussed people!Ability to work autonomously and as an engaged team member of a productive teamWell-developed communication and stakeholder engagement abilitiesDemonstrated experience in MS Office (especially Excel)Ability and willingness to learn new systems, improve process and document outcomesWhat we offerThis role will give you the chance to develop HR skills through meaningful and varied work that will have a tangible impact to the organisation.
